In Worcestershire, there are 65 clubs with 4500 adult players and 1445 women and girls actively playing cricket. Also, there are 43 junior sections offering a variety of age group cricket including ECB National Programmes, All Stars Cricket and Dynamos Cricket. In 2019, there were 2251 junior participants with 1282 All Stars, and over 400 junior competition entries!
Following consultation with our clubs, we have created our Worcestershire Club Development Plan in conjunction with the County Partnership Agreement. The 3 key areas of Club focus are:
• Players – Retention/Growth
• Place – Club Facilities
• People - Volunteers
